Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking an experienced NOC Supervisor to lead the Network Operations Center across shifts and drive incident response, monitoring, and customer support for critical services. You will supervise technical staff, mentor teammates, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to restore services quickly and efficiently.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, advanced network knowledge (IPX, Sigtran, BGP), and effective communication with customers during incidents

Qualifications

• IPX networks and signaling (Sigtran).
• BGP routing and peering.
• VPN technologies and network interconnects.
• Network monitoring and observability platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Word).
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Experience with incident management and escalation handling.
• Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Process improvement and automation experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead NOC technicians and engineers across shifts.
• Manage incidents and coordinate cross-functional response.
• Oversee ticket lifecycle and escalations with timely updates.
• Maintain network health using monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Develop training and documentation for operations.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Engineering and Development teams.
• Deliver incident reports and customer communications.
