Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking an experienced NOC Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the Network Operations Center. You will supervise technicians and engineers, manage escalations, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team that ensures rapid incident response and reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Lead NOC technicians and engineers across shifts and schedules.
• Coordinate major incident bridges and incident response.
• Oversee ticket lifecycle and escalations with professionalism.
• Maintain network health and monitoring processes.
• Develop training, documentation, and knowledge management.
• Manage customer communications during incidents and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Engineering and Development teams.
• Drive automation and process improvements in workflows.
• Ensure readiness for onboarding new customers and services.
