Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking an experienced NOC Supervisor to lead daily network operations, mentor staff, and drive incident response efficiency. You will coordinate escalations, ensure service health, and partner with engineering teams to resolve complex issues.

The role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of IPX/Sigtran, BGP peering, VPNs, and monitoring platforms. TNS offers medical, dental, life insurance, holidays, vacations, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in network operations and monitoring
• Experience leading NOC teams and managing incidents
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams
• Proficiency with monitoring and ticketing tools

Responsibilities

• Supervise NOC technicians and engineers across shifts and provide guidance
• Lead major incident bridges as Incident Manager and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Oversee trouble ticket lifecycle and ensure timely resolutions
• Maintain operational awareness of network health and service performance
• Serve as SME in IPX signaling (Sigtran), BGP peering, VPNs and NNI connectivity
• Develop training and documentation for troubleshooting and procedures
• Coordinate customer communications during maintenance and incidents
• Collaborate with Implementation, Engineering and Development teams on projects and tooling
• Design automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Ensure readiness for onboarding new customers and services
