Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a NOC Supervisor in the United States (Arizona) to lead daily operations of the Network Operations Center, supervise engineers and technicians, and mentor staff. You will manage incident response, escalations, and customer communications while driving continuous monitoring improvements.

The ideal candidate has extensive NOC experience, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of IPX/Sigtran, BGP peering, VPNs, and network observability.

Qualifications

• Experience in incident management and escalation handling.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident bridges as Incident Manager.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to restore services quickly and efficiently.
• Oversee trouble ticket lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and quality.
• Maintain awareness of network health and service performance through monitoring tools.
• Train and mentor staff; develop training programs for new technologies.
