Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a NOC Supervisor to lead daily NOC operations, monitor critical network services, and guide incident response. You will mentor staff, manage escalations, and collaborate across engineering and development teams to improve performance.

The role focuses on proactive problem solving, change management, and delivering high-quality customer experience through effective communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• IPX networks and signaling experience.
• BGP routing and peering expertise.
• VPN technologies and network interconnects experience.
• Network monitoring and observability platforms proficiency.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Strong leadership and team management background.
• Experience with incident management and escalation handling.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Process improvement and automation experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead NOC technicians and engineers across shifts.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, workload distribution, and performance oversight.
• Provide guidance and escalation support for complex technical issues.
• Lead major incident bridges as Incident Manager and drive root cause resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to restore services quickly and efficiently.
• Author and deliver incident reports and internal communications.
• Oversee trouble ticket lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain operational awareness of network health and service performance.
• Develop training programs and maintain centralized knowledge resources.
