Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a NOC Supervisor to lead daily network operations, supervise NOC staff, and coordinate incident response across critical services. The role emphasizes mentoring, training, and continuous improvement to maintain high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with IPX and Sigtran signaling.
• Experience with BGP routing and peering.
• Knowledge of VPN technologies and network interconnects.
• Familiar with monitoring platforms and observability tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily NOC operations and supervise technicians and engineers across shifts.
• Coordinate incident response and major incident bridges with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee trouble ticket lifecycle and ensure timely resolution and quality.
• Maintain network health visibility and drive improvements in monitoring.
• Develop training, documentation and knowledge management for the NOC.
