Ideal candidates will bring strong networking knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting, and experience in Level 2 and Level 3 Help Desk/Desktop Support. Linux administration and system management experience are highly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience with network infrastructure monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience providing Level 2 and Level 3 Help Desk/Desktop Support.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and manage network infrastructure for availability, performance, and reliability.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for network, desktop, and system issues.
• Identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Support network security and reliability; assist with Linux system administration as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and work onsite for testing and troubleshooting.
