Job summary

Corserva, Inc. seeks a proactive IT Support & Network Operations Analyst to join a hybrid team in Connecticut.

The role blends service desk duties with network operations center tasks, supporting internal teams and external clients with strong communication and a passion for network operations. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of IT support or NOC experience, familiarity with monitoring tools, and proficiency in Windows and Linux.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, network operations, or a related role.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Monitor network systems and respond to alerts using NOC tools.
• Create and maintain standardized system images for deployment across systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, patches, and updates; support disaster recovery procedures.
