Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a NOC, SOC, IT Operations, or similar operational environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Splunk and ServiceNow.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, particularly incident management and change management.
• Ability to monitor multiple dashboards and systems simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
• CCNA Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
