Job summary

Zeektek seeks a 2nd shift NOC/SOC Analyst to join our Columbus, OH team onsite. Working 3:00 PM–11:00 PM EST, Friday to Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off, you will monitor systems, respond to incidents, and communicate status to stakeholders.

You will use ServiceNow, Splunk, and other monitoring tools, demonstrate ITIL practices, and coordinate with teams to manage changes and outages in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in a NOC, SOC or other operational environment.
• Experience working in ServiceNow.
• Experience working in Splunk.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or other industry-wide monitoring tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, information technology, computer science or related field of study (preferred).
• ITILv4 Foundations Certification (preferred).
• CCNA Certification or similar (preferred).
