OhioHealth is seeking a Senior Network Manager in Columbus, OH to lead enterprise networking across LAN/WAN, data center, and cloud connectivity. You will ensure performance, availability, and reliability while coordinating with NOC, engineering, architecture, security, and vendors.

The role emphasizes incident management, automation, capacity planning, and governance, with a hybrid work model in Columbus. Ten or more years in IT and a strong background in healthcare networking are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree OR Equivalent Experience.
• Field of Study: Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Years of experience: 10+ years in Information Technology demonstrating increased responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Determine strategic direction of enterprise desktop, server, storage, data management, and/or data center operations in conjunction with other Information Services leadership in support of OhioHealth corporate goals.
• Review and evaluate client requests for new projects, production support, and new or updated software or hardware.
• Establish capacity, performance, availability, and recoverability requirements for strategic and departmental projects.
• Coordinate and evaluate work of technical staff and prepares performance reviews. Projects long-range staffing and budget requirements.
• Establishes effective infrastructure policies and procedures. Establish service offerings.
• Establishes and reviews capacity, availability, service continuity, change, and/or configuration management processes and procedures. Evaluates, proposes, and implements new technologies and processes to improve process maturity.
• Assures that enterprise infrastructure is well understood and documented.
