Qualifications

• CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge; ITIL or incident management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network and infrastructure environments for alerts, events, and connectivity issues.
• Perform initial incident triage and troubleshooting for network and infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot basic TCP/IP, connectivity, routing, and switching issues.
• Identify service-impacting events and escalate incidents per procedures.
• Create, update, and maintain incident/service tickets.
