Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a Help Desk or Network Administration role.
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network elements for anomalies and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify, triage, resolve or escalate incidents to Tier2 NOC.
• Provide first-line technical support for customers via helpdesk.
• Notify customers about incident progress and status changes.
• Document trends and assist with knowledge sharing.
