Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience working in a NOC or similar environment.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
• Experience with performance monitoring applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform fault isolation and troubleshoot problems.
• Inform business owners of status and estimated time to repair.
• Participate in tracking and prioritization of ticket handling.
• Execute operational monitoring and reporting tasks.
• Respond to incoming customer calls for support.
• Use monitoring applications to monitor systems and networks.

Basic Windows Server administration

Strong written and verbal communications
