IGT is seeking an NOC support specialist to join our operations in the United States. You will handle Tier II NOC requests, monitor networks and systems, and drive incident resolution in collaboration with engineering and management teams.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in NOC/technical support, knowledge of routers/switches, and experience with ISP vendors, CRM platforms, and Windows environments. OT shifts and gaming regulatory requirements may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in an NOC/technical support environment.
• Experience troubleshooting routers/switches.

• Provides Tier II NOC support for internal and external customers, escalating as required.
• Monitors network, server, app, and infrastructure health for availability and performance.
• Performs incident triage and root-cause analysis across production environments.
• Manages incidents through full lifecycle and documents resolutions.
