Boldyn Networks is seeking a skilled NOC Change Manager in Las Vegas to govern the change lifecycle across 24x7 operations. You will coordinate engineering, field ops, performance teams, and customer-facing groups to minimize customer impact and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include real-time visibility during changes, risk assessment, and post-change validation, with opportunities for dashboards and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Operations, Network Operations, or service management.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and excellent stakeholder communication.
• Experience coordinating change activities across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the change lifecycle from intake to closure in ITSM tool.
• Coordinate scheduling to minimize customer impact and conflicts.
• Provide real-time status updates during maintenance windows.
• Escalate issues and support post-change validation.
• Develop dashboards and exec reports on change metrics.
