Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Operations or Network Operations.
• Strong ITIL knowledge; ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and change management.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the NOC change lifecycle from intake to closure in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate scheduling to minimize customer impact and conflicts.
• Provide real-time status during maintenance windows.
• Support post-change validation and incident reviews.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on change performance.
