Responsibilities include risk assessments, change records, scheduling, real-time status updates, post-change validation, and reporting on change metrics. ITIL knowledge and cross-team communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Operations or Network Operations.
• Strong ITIL knowledge; ITIL cert preferred.
• Experience coordinating change activities in large environments.
• Proficient with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a 24x7 setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage change lifecycle from intake to closure in ITSM.
• Coordinate cross-functional change scheduling to minimize impact.
• Provide real-time status updates during maintenance windows.
• Escalate issues as primary NOC point of contact.
• Support post-change validation and reporting.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Field Ops, and Customer teams.
