Qualifications

Strong understanding of ITIL Change and Release Management processes.
Responsibilities
Own and administer the enterprise change management process.
Facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings and pre-change briefings.
Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method of Procedure prior to change execution.
