Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in network operations, service delivery, or change management.
• 5+ years in a leadership or coordinator role overseeing change control in a 24x7 environment.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Change and Release Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the enterprise change management process.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings and pre-change briefings.
• Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method of Procedure prior to change execution.
