CTC seeks a NOC Operator for 24x7 monitoring of enterprise IT and OT services in a United States on-site role. Training will occur on shift Wednesday through Sunday 8am-4pm for about 2-3 months, after which you will move to a permanent slot.

Responsibilities include incident triage, diagnostics, coordination with engineering teams, carriers, and field personnel, and continuous improvement of monitoring and recovery procedures.

Formación

• 3+ years in a Network Operations Center, telecommunications ops, infrastructure support, or related role.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in IT/Telecom/Engineering/CS encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor networks, transport, infrastructure, cloud, pLTE networks, and OT environments.
• Identify, validate, prioritize, and correlate alerts by severity and impact.
• Create, update, and manage incidents per SOPs and SLAs.
• Perform diagnostic, troubleshooting, and restoration activities.
• Coordinate restoration with engineering, carriers, vendors, and field personnel.
• Escalate incidents with full context and troubleshooting findings.
• Support major incident management, RCA, and post-incident reviews.
• Suggest improvements to monitoring, procedures, and documentation.
