Infojini Inc. is seeking an IT Fusion Center Analyst to join our Columbus, OH team onsite. The role operates on 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST), Friday–Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off.

Candidates will monitor IT environments, manage incidents, and provide clear executive-level communications while collaborating with the IT Command Center to ensure service availability. The position emphasizes ITIL-based incident and change management, hands-on monitoring with ServiceNow, Splunk, and

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in a NOC/SOC/operational environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Splunk.
• Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, etc.).

Mansioni

• Monitor IT systems to identify incidents and prioritize impact.
• Facilitate incident calls and manage communications to stakeholders.
• Develop and follow runbooks for incident response and change activities.
• Prepare executive-level updates on status, issues, and risks.
