Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify incidents and prioritize actions to minimize impact.
• Monitor alerts with multiple tools simultaneously.
• Provide executive-level updates on system status and risks.
• Support incident and change management processes.
• Document troubleshooting steps and coordinate handovers.
• Facilitate incident calls with stakeholders to ensure uptime.
