Job summary

SmartSuite is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to guide customers through the full lifecycle of solution delivery, from requirements discovery through implementation and adoption.

You’ll bring deep functional knowledge of the SmartSuite platform to help clients address Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) challenges with no-code solutions. This is a highly collaborative role across Product, Sales Eng, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with no-code platforms, SaaS, and workflow automation.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into platform configurations.
• Strong client-facing skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering client engagements with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify and document business requirements across GRC workflows.
• Design and configure SmartSuite solutions meeting client needs.
• Build, test, and iterate configurations with client stakeholders.
• Create process documentation and implementation artifacts.
• Support UAT and drive end-user adoption through enablement sessions.
• Provide project management support across engagement lifecycles.
• Act as a GRC SME to help modernize compliance and risk programs.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales Eng, and Customer Success for feedback.
