Job summary

LogicGate, a leader in AI-driven GRC, seeks a Professional Services Manager to own complex engagements end-to-end from discovery to delivery of Risk Cloud solutions. You’ll partner with enterprise risk teams and translate objectives into scalable platform workflows while managing account health.

This is an individual contributor role based in Chicago (HQ) or Bellevue with hybrid travel to client sites. You will mentor junior consultants, drive AI-enabled configurations, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, SaaS consulting, or enterprise implementation.
• Ability to manage complex or bespoke customer projects independently.
• Strong architecture and integration skills for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead bespoke professional services projects from discovery to delivery.
• Architect and configure Risk Cloud workflows and data models.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate configuration timelines.
• Autonomously manage scope, timelines, and customer health.
• Provide strategic GRC advisory across frameworks and audits.
• Collaborate with Success, Sales, Account Executives, and Product teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal playbooks.
