Job summary

Workiva Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to drive pre-sales for Governance, Risk, and Compliance, delivering SME guidance and technical fluency to lead discovery, architecture discussions, demos, and value messaging.

You will partner with Sales to shape account plans, develop proofs of concept, ensure onboarding success with partners and Client Services, and demonstrate AI-enabled capabilities while staying current on roadmaps and market trends.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
GRC knowledge or ability to rapidly develop deep domain expertise.
Experience in the Public Sector space (federal, state, local, higher education, nonprofit healthcare).

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, product demos, respond to RFPs, engage customers and partners, and align Workiva solutions to customer needs.
Demonstrate expertise across Workiva’s GRC solutions with public sector use cases.
Develop account plans with Sales, support technical qualification, and shape deal strategy.
Conduct process assessments, build PoCs, and present business cases.
Ensure customer success with implementation partners and Client Services.
Demonstrate AI fluency to improve presales execution and position AI capabilities.
Stay current on product roadmap, platform enhancements, and market trends.
Represent Workiva at events and client-facing settings.
