Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to provide pre-sales support for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions across federal, state, local, and nonprofit sectors.

You will lead technical qualification, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations, aligning capabilities to customer needs and building value-based messaging for the sales team. You will develop example solutions, validate requirements through Proofs of Concept, and demonstrate AI-enabled capabilities

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of related experience.
Experience with public-sector assured financial reporting within Federal, State, Local industries.
Candidates should bring domain expertise in governmental workflows, regulations, and use cases.

Responsibilities

Apply presales frameworks to drive discovery, demos, and RFP responses.
Demonstrate Workiva GRC solutions and develop working knowledge of Public Sector use cases.
Partner with Sales to develop account plans and shape deal strategy.
Create Proofs of Concept, business cases, and AI-enabled demonstrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer onboarding and success.
