Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or retail.
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional finance-related education is a plus.
• Proficient in using banking software and technology with accuracy in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service while promoting banking products.
• Perform deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and inquiries with accuracy and compliance.
• Educate customers on banking products and cross-sell where appropriate, including consumer credit products with an NMLS license.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to banking regulations; collaborate with team to ensure seamless service.
