Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks: answering phone calls and assisting with questions.
• Taking info calls and tours; assist in member sign-ups, cancellations, and updates.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to appropriate supervisor when needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
