US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Tampa, FL to lead a safety-first warehouse culture and drive efficient operations. You will manage personnel, coach staff, ensure accurate orders, and coordinate inbound/outbound activities to meet service levels.

The role focuses on safety, cost control, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to develop teams and maintain regulatory compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in a distribution setting.
• Must have safety- and quality-conscious mindset.
• Experience interpreting operational data and improving processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead a safety-first culture to keep associates injury-free.
• Oversee and develop warehouse staff through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise warehouse operations to meet efficiency targets.
• Interview and hire warehouse personnel with Sr. Managers.
• Ensure accurate orders are staged and loaded for shipment.
• Monitor performance and safety metrics; coach to improve results.
• Schedule shifts and coordinate dock locations for inbound/outbound flows.
• Maintain MSS and FSQA compliance and overall facility safety.
