Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Director of Night Warehouse to steer a high-performing night operations team.

The role focuses on safety, service, and cost targets, guiding strategy for the department and ensuring accurate selection and loading of outbound products while maintaining facility security. You will mentor Warehouse Managers, oversee on-floor associates, recruit and plan headcount, and drive process improvements using technology to boost productivity and compliance with OSHA and HACCP

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in warehouse management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets for the department and oversee all night warehouse operations.
• Lead with a safety mindset to keep associates injury-free and implement safety procedures.
• Develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and training, and address performance gaps.
