Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Warehouse to lead shifts Sunday-Thursday starting at 7 PM. You will drive safe, efficient operations, coach a team of warehouse associates, and ensure accurate receiving, storage and loading for outbound shipments.

You will oversee performance, safety compliance (OSHA/HACCP), inventory control, and cost-focused productivity, partnering with senior leaders to optimize labor and process improvements across the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead a safety-focused culture and coach teams.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates.
• Direct and supervise on-floor associates to meet performance targets.
• Schedule shifts and manage inbound/outbound operations.
• Monitor productivity data and address issues.
• Ensure proper stocking, FIFO, and storage compliance.
• Collaborate with management to reduce inventory shrink.
• Maintain facility safety and equipment condition.
