• Direct and supervise warehouse productivity and workflows for efficiency.
• Hire and evaluate warehouse staff in partnership with senior managers.
• Ensure accurate orders are staged and loaded for outbound shipments.
• Monitor safety, quality, and cost controls, and address issues promptly.
