Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum 1 year overseeing a workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to keep injuries zero.
• Coach and develop warehouse associates; address performance gaps.
• Direct and supervise workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Hire, train, and coach warehouse personnel with Sr. Managers.
• Ensure accurate orders are picked, staged, and loaded to trucks.
• Oversee shipping/receiving readiness and shift handoffs.
• Monitor safety and productivity metrics; take corrective action.
• Schedule shifts and manage dock locations; comply with MSS/FSQA.
