Qualifications

• Three years in warehouse distribution required.
• One year supervising a workforce required.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead a safety-first culture with training and coaching.
• Develop and coach warehouse associates; address performance gaps.
• Direct and supervise on‑shift productivity and workflow.
• Hire and build high-performing warehouse teams.
• Ensure accurate orders, staging, and loading onto trucks.
• Schedule shifts and designate dock locations for inbound carriers.
• Monitor metrics and take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain MSS and FSQA compliance and safety initiatives.
• Identify inventory shrink and cost-control opportunities.
