Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, attention to safety, and the ability to manage performance. The role offers opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with MSS, FSQA, and HACCP processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of warehouse distribution experience.
• Minimum of one year supervising a workforce.
• HACCP certification is a plus.
• PCQI certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset and train staff to maintain a safety-first culture.
• Coach and develop warehouse associates through policy training and performance planning.
• Direct and supervise on-floor work to drive productivity and accuracy.
• Hire and build high-performing teams in coordination with senior managers.
• Ensure accurate orders are staged and loaded for shipment and receiving.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective action as needed.
• Schedule shifts and designate dock locations to optimize workflow.
• Maintain equipment and safety standards in the warehouse.
