The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of warehouse processes, and the ability to manage productivity, accuracy, and cost control while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset ensuring injury-free associates and a safety-first culture.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise workflow to ensure efficient operations and accurate orders.
• Hire and build high-performing teams while managing performance and productivity targets.
• Ensure proper dock placement, inbound/outbound readiness, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor productivity & mis-picks, coach to correct behaviors and improve metrics.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and equipment condition per MSS/FSQA requirements.
