Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor to lead hourly unionized staff, develop night operations, and ensure safe, timely loading of outbound product. The role guides interview, hiring, discipline, and training to achieve zero-error accuracy and on-time shipments.

The position oversees OSHA compliance, safety reporting, and coordination with Transportation and Day Warehouse teams. Experience in union environments and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Related Experience: Minimum of five years in warehouse supervision.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Interpret financial and operational data; familiarity with OSHA, HAACP and regulatory requirements; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develops operation plan for daily loads and communicates with supervisors to ensure on-time completion.
• Interview, hiring, review, discipline and termination processes for night warehouse personnel.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse and equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Lead by example, drive efficient workflow and clear communication across teams.
• Monitor safety, inventory loss, and production goals; report to Director/VP of Operations.
