Qualifications

• Min 5 years in warehouse supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop operation plan for daily loads and ensure on-time truck completion.
• Leads night warehouse staff and fosters open communication.
• Oversees hiring, discipline and performance reviews.
• Monitors safety and compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Interprets operational data to improve accuracy and customer satisfaction.
