Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution required.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce required.
• Familiarity with OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to ensure injury-free associates.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise workflow to ensure efficient operations and productivity.
• Drive hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure accurate orders, staging, and loading on trucks; prepare for shipping/receiving.
