Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests during arrival and departure. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely, assist with luggage, and provide helpful information about local attractions and services.

This role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions, accurate handling of tickets and keys, and a strong customer service approach within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license in the applying state or within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training recommended.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission and parallel park.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with arrival/departure.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local area attractions.
• Explain parking rates, collect keys, and manage ticket and folio information.
