Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and valet services. You will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and share local information with guests in a courteous, efficient manner.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions, adherence to procedures, and accurate handling of tickets and revenue. Working Friday–Tuesday evenings, benefits apply where eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: reading/writing English, basic math, time concepts, and driving

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and local area information.
• Explain parking rates and manage tickets and revenue accurately.
• Maintain ticket information and ensure smooth valet operations.
