Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests during arrival and departure. You will park and retrieve vehicles promptly, assist with luggage, and provide information about local amenities and routes.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling tickets, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for valet operations while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1 month related experience or training preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt and safe manner; assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Deliver and pick up guest luggage and assist with bell services as applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests and maintain ticket and key tag accuracy.
