Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. You will greet guests warmly, provide directions and answer questions about local amenities, events, and meeting spaces.

The role emphasizes a friendly, efficient service mindset, adherence to safety, and accurate handling of tickets, keys and guest information in a dynamic guest-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language; ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to effectively present information to guests and colleagues.
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; ability to perform these operations using units of American money; understand 24 hour and military time; understand rates; operate a manual transmission; parking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists guests with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and keys; assist with revenue collection.
• Shuttle guests to approved locations as needed.
• Maintain accuracy in guest folios and vehicle location records.
