Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Seattle to deliver exceptional hospitality by guiding guests, parking vehicles, and assisting with luggage as they arrive and depart. You will greet guests warmly and maintain a professional, helpful attitude throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include directing guests, handling tickets, explaining rates, and ensuring safe, efficient service while contributing to a positive guest experience and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• Work Experience: One month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language; basic math and time-tables; understand 24-hour time and parking rates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and maintain professional poise.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and local area information.
• Explain parking rates and ticketing processes, manage keys and revenue as needed.
• Perform all assigned duties to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
