Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking, luggage, and information during arrival and departure. The role emphasizes safety, responsiveness, and friendly service for a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, issuing and collecting keys, and handling fare transactions while maintaining an upbeat professional presence throughout the shift from 11pm to 7am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and guest services.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests on arrival.
