Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
One month of related experience or training, or equivalent education.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Able to read/write English and perform basic math for handling payments.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with bell services and luggage.
Answer questions, provide directions, taxis, reservations and local information.
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue/collect claim checks.
Maintain accurate ticket information and vehicle details in the valet system.
