Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt, safe manner. You will assist guests with luggage where applicable during arrival and departure, ensuring a positive experience in a fast-paced environment.

Your role emphasizes friendly interactions, accurate ticketing, and clear communication about rates and services, with weekend availability considered essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• One month related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English; basic math and time concepts.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide attentive service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist guests with luggage when needed.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, issue keys and claim checks, and handle revenue as required.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and ensure safe, smooth operations throughout shifts.
