Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services while parking and retrieving guest vehicles. You will assist with luggage and bell services and help guests with directions and inquiries.

This role requires attention to safety and guest satisfaction during arrival and departure, primarily on Friday through Sunday night shifts. The position offers an hourly base pay and benefits; a valid driver’s license is required and customer service excellence is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write English and communicate with guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
