Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving vehicles and helping guests with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role requires strong customer service, basic math, and the ability to communicate clearly. Weekend availability is essential; benefits and a path for growth are offered within a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license within commuting distance where applicable.
• Minimum 1 month related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly, attentive and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; collect and issue keys and claim checks.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate ticket, folio and vehicle information for all valet events.
• Demonstrate professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients.
