Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred in business or related field.
• 2–4 years of transportation experience or training.
• Class A CDL preferred but not required; knowledge of DOT/OSHA regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily transportation associates and ensure safety and SOP adherence.
• Ensure DOT/OSHA compliance and accurate electronic logs.
• Oversee labor hours and consumables within budget; assist with scheduling.
• Coordinate training and cross-training of associates; support asset utilization.
• Communicate with warehouse and customer service to resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor productivity and suggest efficiency improvements.
